At Bio Center, we aim to provide a clear and fair return and refund policy for our customers. Please read the following terms before completing your order.

Returns are available only if there is an issue with the product.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after store approval and product inspection.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees paid to the shipping company are non-refundable after shipment.

Cancellation may be requested before the order is shipped.

1. Returns & Exchanges

After completing the purchase, exchange or return is not available except in cases where there is an issue with the product. Return or exchange requests are reviewed by the store according to the product condition and the reason for the request.

  • The return reason must be related to a product issue.
  • The store has the right to review the request and inspect the product before approving a return or exchange.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or damaged due to misuse.
  • All products are checked and tested before shipping, depending on the product type.

2. Refund Conditions

If the store approves a return, the refund will be made to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • The refund will only be processed after the store confirms that the returned product is in proper condition.
  • The order value may be refunded after the returned shipment is received and the products are checked.
  • If the customer’s shipment is returned and the customer requests a refund, the request will be reviewed by the store. If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment account.
  • The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.

3. Shipping Fees

The customer bears the full shipping cost in return cases, unless the store decides otherwise. Once the shipment has been processed, the shipping fees paid to the shipping company are non-refundable.

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable after the order has been shipped.
  • If the customer does not receive the order and it is returned to the store, and the customer wants it shipped again, the customer must pay the new shipping fee.
  • The customer cannot refund the original shipping fee if the order is returned due to non-receipt.
  • If the order status has changed to “Shipped”, this means the order has been prepared and the shipping fee has been paid to the shipping company.

4. Order Cancellation

We understand that customers may sometimes change their mind after placing an order. If the customer wishes to cancel an order before receiving it, they may contact customer service to request cancellation.

  • Cancellation can be requested before the order is actually shipped.
  • Our customer service team will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation may be treated as a return request according to this policy.
  • To cancel an order, please contact customer service through WhatsApp or email.

5. Important Notes

  • If the customer places more than one order at the same time using the same address and mobile number, the orders may be combined in one box.
  • Some products may have minor scratches due to shipping. Returns for this reason are subject to the store’s evaluation.
  • The customer must make sure that the contact details and delivery address are correct before completing the order.
  • Bio Center reserves the right to review every return or refund request based on the condition of the product and the order.
