5. Order Preparation & Shipping

After the order and payment are confirmed, the Bio Center team prepares the order according to product availability. Once the order is prepared, it is handed over to the shipping company to complete delivery.

  • Customer information must be accurate and complete to avoid delays.
  • We may contact the customer if we need to confirm order details or the delivery address.
  • If more than one order is placed using the same address and mobile number, the orders may be combined in one box.
  • Products are checked and prepared before shipping according to the nature of the product.
  • For Gulf or international shipping, the order will not be shipped until all details are confirmed with the customer.

6. Receiving the Order

The customer must make sure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. If no one is available to receive the order, the shipping company may arrange another delivery appointment according to its policy.

  • Failure to respond to the shipping company or unavailability of the recipient may delay delivery.

The store is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, customs procedures, official holidays, or any circumstances outside the store’s control.
