1. Eligibility

Purchasing products through the website is available only to parties who are legally able to enter into online purchase contracts under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. When making a purchase, you must provide accurate and complete information, including name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, and required payment details.

2. Product Orders

Products displayed on the website are intended for personal use or as gifts only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without approval. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The store has the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an error in price, product information, product availability, payment, delivery restrictions, or any other issue discovered during processing.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you may receive an email containing your order details. This email confirms that we have received your order and does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. The order is accepted once it has been confirmed or packed by the store.

4. Pricing or Information Errors

Bio Center makes every effort to ensure that product details and prices are accurate. However, if an error is discovered in the price or product information, the store may contact the customer to correct the error, cancel the order, or refund any paid amount when required.

Prices & Payment Policy

Prices include the applicable Value Added Tax on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may automatically be reflected in the prices of products sold by Bio Center through its website.

By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to pay the full amount due for the product or products shown in your order, including any applicable delivery fees or additional charges displayed during checkout.

Delivery

Bio Center delivers products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The expected delivery time is usually from two to seven working days from the day your order is shipped, depending on your area.

  • Delivery fees, if any, are added separately during checkout.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, an alternative delivery appointment may be arranged according to the shipping company’s policy.
  • If repeated delivery attempts or re-shipping are required, the customer may be charged additional delivery fees.
  • Orders are usually delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Friday and official holidays.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchange Policy

  • After completing the purchase, exchange or return is not available except in case of a product issue.
  • If the store approves a return, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method after the returned product is inspected and confirmed to be in proper condition.
  • The customer bears the full shipping cost in return cases, unless the store decides otherwise.
  • Shipping fees paid to the shipping company are non-refundable after the shipment has been processed.
  • The order value is refunded after the returned shipment is received and the products are checked.
  • If the customer does not receive the order and it is returned to the store, and the customer wants it shipped again, the customer must pay the new shipping fee.
  • If the customer places more than one order at the same time with the same address and number, the orders may be combined in one box.
  • All products are checked and tested before shipping, depending on the product type.
  • Some products may have minor scratches caused by shipping, and returns for this reason are subject to the store’s evaluation.

Cancellation

We understand that you may sometimes change your mind about a purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, you can contact customer service at 0564966316 to request cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order, provided that it has not already been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation may be treated as a return according to the return policy.
