How can I place an order on the website?
You can choose the products you want, add them to your cart, then complete your shipping and payment details at checkout.
Do my order details need to be accurate?
Yes, your name, mobile number, address, and email must be entered correctly to avoid shipping delays or delivery failure.
Do prices include VAT?
Displayed prices include Value Added Tax according to the approved rate in Saudi Arabia, unless stated otherwise.
Can I cancel my order after confirmation?
You may request cancellation before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it will be handled according to the Return & Refund Policy.

How long does delivery take within Saudi Arabia?
Delivery within Saudi Arabia usually takes from two to seven working days from the date the order is shipped, depending on the city and shipping company.
Do you ship to Gulf countries or internationally?
Yes, Gulf shipping and international shipping are available depending on the product type and destination. Customers should contact us in advance to arrange the order, cost, and expected delivery time.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees paid to the shipping company are non-refundable once the order has been handed over for shipping.
What happens if I do not receive my order?
If the order is not received or is returned to the store, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
